After having a bespoke two-bay oak-framed garage constructed at my new-build home in South Somerset, I wanted to protect the space from the elements and create secure storage for vehicles and belongings. Following careful research and several quotations, I chose premium electric sectional doors from Hörmann, supplied and installed by Freelance Entry Solutions. I was highly impressed with both the quality of the Hörmann doors and the outstanding service provided by the Freelance team. From the initial enquiry through to survey and installation, they demonstrated exceptional customer service.

I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship throughout the project to install my garage roller door. Tony and Scott were very knowledgeable and informative during the initial survey explaining the requirements and the most suitable approach. On installation day the fitters, Matt and Wes, continued in the same vein and I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, in some cases going above and beyond to ensure the picture perfect finish.

Absolute first class service and helped with advice, safety issues of an old garage door that beyond other fitters. The personnel are polite, kind caring and very skilled professionals who offer excellent quality products at an affordable price. This is our 2nd time using this company and would never use anyone else, from the administration team to the technical fitters all aspects of the job are above customer service standards. Always kept informed and courtesy was first class. Thank you for an excellent service and your quality workmanship.

Freelance diagnosed problem quickly, ordered new motor, which arrived soon, then came and fitted it. No delays. Good communication. Engineer Wes, phoned in advance to say on his way. Very pleasant, polite chap, explained everything well so I understood the problem. He had excellent technical knowledge of the garage door, which gave me confidence. A credit to his company. Our roller door was fitted by Freelance over 6 years ago. One of the best things we ever bought. So I am happy to recommend this company.
