  New wardrobes

  This report is about the sales force and does not reflect on the installers. The sales team had no idea of service, no idea of its customers, no idea of satisfaction. The project was measured and ordered for installation 13 July and planned to take less than 4 hours. In reality the doors where manufactured the wrong size and would not fit. It took 24 days to resolve the matter with no attempt at apologies nor any attempt at resolution.

  Kitchen was well designed, measured and constructed. Fitted very well and I’m very happy with the product and service. Lots of good communication throughout.

  Freestyle just provided the Kitchen for us on this occasion, it was fitted by an independent fitter. Freestyle were superb. The service from design to provision was first rate. Thank you so much.

  Assembly of 2 double wardrobes, with hanging shelves 1 dressing table and bedside table all fitted with drawers.
