  They contacted me quickly and arranged a time to come round and quote but then never turned up and never responded to me again when I asked if they were still coming.

  Painting of bedroom walls and ceiling. Remove and replace wardrobe doors.Replace plinth over wardrob

  Peter quoted a price for 2 days. They were present for one day. Then avoided and ignored messages asking them to complete the job because we were stupid enough to pay them on the first day. I have to say I have NEVER EVER been unfortunate enough to receive such abysmal service.

  Decorating in three rooms.

  Fresh Coats decorated three small rooms, with particular attention to small gaps that had opened up between some of the walls and ceilings. They were very prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. The finished results look great. We would certainly use them again.

  refurbishing an entire flat

  Peter and Lloyd were excellent throughout. They helped with the planning of the project and sourcing materials. They then project managed the whole refurbishment, organising plumbers, tilers etc. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they ensured that the project was done on time (in a very tight timescale). Peter and Lloyd are also really nice people who take a real pride in their work. I would thoroughly recommend them.

  Painting of 4 Bedroom house, one study, and three bathrooms.

  It's not very often that I am pleasantly surprised, but The Fresh Coats Team (TFCT)- Peter and Lloyd, totally surpassed my expectations. TFCT were very professional from the off, and I most impressed by the superlative quality of their work. They very easily matched the colours we had, including a very bespoke colour. Swatches matched the finished job perfectly. TFCT were very affordable and they completed the job within the time frame provided, which was much quicker than other quotes. I would definitely use TFCT again, and I highly recommend them. 100 stars! (Ran out of characters!)
