    Our backyard was about to get flooded with sewage

    Chris has been a lifesaver! We called him for what it looked like some partially blocked drains and instead we found out the manhole in the backyard completely full with sewage, almost a couple of inches away from being a disaster. He came around really fast and cleared the blockage in no time. He also gave us some useful tips to do maintenance and what about what to do to prevent this from happening again. All the above was done for a really fair price as well. I absolutely recommend his services!

    Excellent Service Again from Fresh Drains

    I first contacted Fresh Drains about three years ago for a CCTV inspection. Chris was efficient and managed to reach the manhole despite its awkward location under the kitchen extension. After recent renovation works, Chris returned to inspect the pipes and identified a new access point created by the plumber, which I hadn’t known could be used for inspections. Chris is informative and gives clear advice. Fresh Drains will be my first port of call for any future drain concerns. Highly recommended.

    Fixing Manhole issues

    Really great experience from start to finish with Chris. Communication was clear and easy when arranging the appointment, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Got straight to work, quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. What stood out was how proactive and honest he was, he checked for any underlying problems and suggested simple, cost-effective solutions rather than anything unnecessary. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and payment was all straightforward too. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again if needed (hopefully not anytime soon!).

    Very efficient and effective service.

    Very efficient and effective service. Chris established the cause of the septic smell in the house, rodents, as soon as he stepped in the house. We didnt know our under-the-floorboards neighbours caused such a septic smell similar to blocked drains. Never the less Chris still checked the drains to show us that everything was OK with the pipes. He also did additional checks to make sure nothing else was causing the smell and gave us very good tips regarding how to stop rodents getting into the house/under the floorboards. Thank you so much.

    Chris was happy to arrange a visit at my convenience, having responded quickly to my query. He arrived promptly, identified the problem and sorted it out. He also took the time to offer useful advice on how to prevent future issues. Left everything clean and tidy, which factoring in the state of the drain and the appalling weather was a real bonus!
