    I was blown away by the quality and efficiency of the work. The two ladies went above and beyond and I am thrilled by the results. Not only did they clean the flat to an excellent standard but sorted and tidied areas I hadn't even considered to ask for. I would certainly recommend this business!

    Bad timekeeping, would turn up early when not expecting them. Missed dust on the floor. Didn’t empty bins despite being asked. Took my money and wouldn’t refund as was told I had to give a months notice despite them not providing me with a service I requested. Alana had no compassion or customer service skills to negotiate and was told I should’ve checked every room before the team left !! A decent job shouldn’t need checking!. Don’t make the mistake I did by hiring these cowboys.

    Nina and Mariana cleaned our house very thoroughly. They arrived on time, or if they were delayed Alana would always let us know in advance. The house was always cleaned to a good standard, and when we had specific things we wanted them to focus on, or wanted to change how they did things, they were very receptive. Communication with Alana was always very prompt and easy. They were adaptable around us if we needed to skip a clean because we were away or needed to try and find a different slot. I would definitely recommend Friendly Bears to anyone looking for cleaners in the area.
