We asked Friendly Water to install a water softener. They visited for a site survey and returned a couple of weeks later to do the installation. Our pipework is very complicated which made the installation more problematic. However Friendly Water explained everything very clearly at very step and gave us several options. The job was completed in a couple of hours, and they left everything clean and tidy. They explained how the new system works and how to look after it (it's very simple). We are very pleased with the new water softener and I would be very happy to use them again.

My neighbours had Friendly Water install a water softener a while ago. They were very pleased with it, I gave them a call, and Carl came around that afternoon, did the survey and explained how the Hague Maximizer 410 worked. I ordered one the next day which was installed the following week. This took about three hours including some rework of the pipework under the sink so soft water was directed to my dishwasher and washing machine, and hard water to the washing up sink. Everything was explained, info pack left, 10kg bag of salt provided and tests showed all our water is now soft. Top Job.

Water softener installed by Friendly more than 15 years ago could no longer be repaired. They installed a new model quickly and we continue to be very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.
