  Air conditioning install (3 internal units)

  Tom responded promptly and quickly arranged to come out and discuss options. Other companies were quoting remotely but I really appreciated having the chance to ask questions and make sure what I wanted would work with the space (turns out this was more a bit more complex than I’d anticipated). Tom then sent various brochures so I could decide on the best units and, once I’d decided, provided a reasonable quote. There was no pressure or upselling. There were then some delays booking the install due to the units not being delivered, but I’m aware there’s been supply issues and this wasn’t the company’s fault. Tom kept me updated throughout. And I was happy to wait for Daikin units. The install itself went great. Lovely guys who were very respectful of my property, cleaning up as they went along, and minimising disruption. They tested everything and made sure I was happy with how to use the system etc before finishing. They even touched up a bit of paintwork. The units look fantastic and, although I haven’t had much chance to use them as yet, they seem very quiet and efficient. For once I’m looking forward to having some hot weather!

  Highly recommended professional service

  I recently had George and the team from Frostbite over to install aircon in 3 rooms at my house. George was utterly professional from the quoting stage, really taking time to understand my requirements, all the way through to installation. The system works brilliantly and the installation quality is top notch. A real attention to detail and cleaned up everything as they went. I look forward to getting them back every year for a service. Highly recommended!

  Top marks to a top company. George came out the following day after contacting me. He is honest, reliable, well mannered and did a great job for us. He was up front about everything that needed doing and put no pressure on us to accept. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Frostbite and would recommend without hesitation.
