Very disappointed with the service received. The invoice stated a “thorough inspection to identify entry points,” however the technician only briefly checked the areas we pointed out and did not properly investigate the property. Another pest control company later identified entry points immediately. We were also left having to arrange poison disposal ourselves after cancellation. Communication regarding refunds was inconsistent throughout.

Callum was extremely cooperative, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
