Great job. Very happy customer.
Did a great job, really happy with these guys. Was a bit nervous about using someone i didnt know at first, but they kept me informed of everything that was happening right from the beginning. Reliable, Professional and Done Properly This Time
I had a persistent roof leak that had previously been “fixed” by another builder, only for the problem to return. When FSG inspected it, they quickly identified that the original work hadn’t been completed properly and certain elements hadn’t been installed as they should have been. They explained everything clearly, corrected the issues thoroughly, and made sure the job was done properly this time. It’s now been several months and the repair has held up perfectly with no further problems. The team were professional, tidy and easy to deal with. Down pipe and guttering
Lee and his son Alfie solved our issue. We had damp internally caused by poor guttering and downpipes. They came when they said they would, described what the issue was and the solution and a process to fix. They went away for the gear they needed and fixed it. Very happy with their work and approach.
