  Highly recommended, professional, friendly

Flynn did a few incremental jobs recently for me as part of an envisioned broader programme of joinery work - I had been looking for someone I can rely on. The jobs were completed to a high standard, and I appreciated the honesty when re-quoting a piece of work when smaller than anticipated. We have since put together a list, and I am looking forward to working our way through this over the coming months.

  Alcove shelving and doors

When Flynn came round to measure up and give us a quote he listened to what we wanted and took it on board and made good suggestions on what he would carry out compared to others who came round. The quotation was reasonable neither the most expensive we received nor cheapest. Carried out the work over a couple of days and kept us informed of what stage he was at and when he’d likely be done. The shelves are very solid, we were concerned given what we asked for they may be slightly susceptible to bowing but I can’t imagine these doing that the craftsmanship is excellent and attention to detail is superb. The doors are also solid and it is just what we asked for, we are over the moon with the finished product. Would highly recommend Flynn and will approach him again if we need anymore carpentry work done.

  Would recommend

Flynn completed a few jobs for us including bath panel, cupboard doors, built in existing wardrobe, and shelving. Has done a good job and we would recommend.

  Best local carpenter

I sought a local carpenter for new skirting and architrave, and did I pick the right guy! Flynn was fantastic: arrived early/ on time, brought the right supplies, and delivered fantastic results throughout the house. I am so grateful to have found him! And his pricing (time/ quality) was great too since I already bought some of the materials myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Flynn! And he gives great advice at his own expense - recommending where things can be refurbished instead of redone. Book him now!

  Hung a new bathroom door

Family emergency meant he was unavoidably delayed but let me know in good time and turned up per his revised schedule. Explained the options clearly, fetched extra supplies as needed without complaint, got on with the job. He was very friendly, offered to help shift some other unrelated stuff delivered while he was on site, worked tidily and cleared up afterwards. Can’t really ask for more than that.
