    An Absolutely Flawless Service – Highly Recommended!

    After breaking our chain moving from London to South Wales, we used F Smith & Son's packing, removal, and storage services. The packing team worked with remarkable speed and wrapped our heavy furniture expertly. The crew has an incredible work ethic, powering through the long journey without losing momentum. They were fantastic with our children; Geoff delighted our youngest by calling her "boss", and Reece slogged on after a long drive and day of unloading, even connecting our washing machine for us! They made a stressful time far less so. I could go on but am out of space. Thank you all!

    The Professionals!

    I approached F Smith & Son for quotes for a removal from Croydon to Bexhill. Initially I had allowed plenty of time to plan the move but due to delays in the legal process, I was only able to give F Smith’s a couple of days notice of confirmed completion date, which they accommodated at a very busy time. My removal was being done over three days as I had a lot of stuff. The removal team was excellent and they were very polite, respectful and very hard working. I had packed my small things myself but they made an excellent job of packing mirrors etc and all arrived intact. Job well done thank

    GO TO COMPANY FOR REMOVALS

    The removals team were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient, punctual, careful, courteous and incredibly hardworking — all whilst working through a London heatwave of 35 degrees. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. There was no damage to anything, and the whole process ran so smoothly from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Jordan, who led the team exceptionally well. His work ethic was genuinely outstanding. He worked tirelessly for 3 days, was calm and positive throughout, and made the entire move feel seamless.

    Efficient and a pleasure to have in the house.

    We were very happy indeed with the team and were very hapy with their presence in the house during the packing. They were punctual and extremely efficient and also very relational. They had the really difficult job of getting the piano upstairs to our flat which is on the first floor and in the end had to remove a portion of the banister. Even here they did it with great efficiency and certainly without making a hash of the banister. We were very very happy with them and would recomment them wholeheartedly to anyone else.

    100% reliable and friendly service

    We had an excellent experience with F Smith removals from start to finish. The booking process was easy and the lads were really friendly and respectful on the day, with a very calm demeanour which is just what we needed. We got our keys very late in the day, but reinforcements were called in at the final hour and the whole lorry was unpacked and 2 beds were assembled in the space of an hour. Excellent company would highly recommend.
