Used Full Circuit Electrical before for installing new lights as they were well reviewed and I found them to be organised and punctual. I thought I’d use their plumbing services, but it’s been a completely different experience. It took them a long time to get back to me with a quote, they then required a deposit on a specialist radiator. Fine. They then told me there would delays in the radiator arriving, but when I asked for an update 6 weeks later they told me they couldn’t provide any updates at all due to staffing issues. No contact since. They’ve taken my money and won’t give a refund.

The engineer arrived right on time Carried out the checks and answered my questions about some other jobs Very helpful Certainly will use this company again
