I found Full Guard Pest Control through Checkatrade and the service throughout from the initial contact through to the visits was first class. The lady I spoke to first (sorry I can't remember her name) was incredibly helpful and the communication from the company was great. Mike and Shane quickly identified the problem (squirrels) and resolved it as well as patching up the holes they (the squirrels) had used to get into the loft. A first rate service and first class team. Thank you so much, if I ever needed similar services again I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

Andy fully checked our loft, confirmed it was a squirrel & then identified the initial entry point through a hole in the soffit as well as two further holes inside where the squirrel had run along the inside of the soffit & pushed through the insulation. He then set one trap in the loft & another on our fence, which we suspected was the route the squirrel was taking before climbing up the final part of the wall to the soffit. Having set the traps, Andy then fixed some wire mesh over the hole in the soffit to prevent any further entry. Squirrels caught (none in loft) problem solved.

Really good experience, arranged a convenient time via WhatsApp for them to visit and do the work. Removed 3x wasps nests and a queen wasp as well as reviewing some dropping - noting no treatment was needed. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
