I recently had a faulty bathroom light installed, and Full House Electrical handled it brilliantly. The contractor attended promptly, identified the issue straight away, and replaced it free of charge without hesitation. From first contact to completion, I was kept fully informed, and the work was carried out efficiently and professionally. In today’s world, that level of service is refreshing. From the original booking with Carly, to the initial survey, through to the completion of the remedial work by Gavin, Max and Alex, the whole experience couldn’t have been more positive. The guys were very friendly and efficient, and carried out the work with meticulous attention to detail, keeping us fully informed of what they were doing and why. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and the guys went out of their way to clean up and make good. It was a pleasure to have them working in the house, and we will certainly be using them again in future. Highly recommended.
