Avoid this plumber if you want an invoice for the work. I hired this plumber to fix a toilet leak, and was initially quoted £80. While here, he replaced a part and fixed a small kitchen leak, but the final bill jumped to £300. I paid via bank transfer after he promised to send an invoice for the parts and work immediately. It has now been two weeks, and despite contacting him 4-5 times, I still have not received the invoice or receipt for the work. Disappointing communication and a lack of transparency regarding pricing and paperwork. Would not recommend.

It is a shame to be writing this, as the job I needed completed was done! I had a toilet leak and an extreme charge from Thames Water, who has stated I needed to have a plumber come and check my flat for a leak and repair it. They also stated that I would need a plumbers report and invoice to support my claim. The job was completed swiftly, although I was charged more than initially told. I was then ghosted after completion, even after trying to contact the plumber multiple times for the report and invoice. Did not help my Thames Water claim.

Nathan was on time and got the job done efficiently. Excellent quality workmanship.

Job was agreed quickly and the work was done. Unfortunately, after using the heating for a week or so we had a leak from the fitting. He wouldn't attend to repair the leak and we're now out of pocket as we've had to pay someone else to repair the job. Not a trustworthy plumber! Avoid and find someone else that won't stop responding if somethings gone wrong.

Unbelievable Time Waster !!! Booked in for 12pm. Still no show or contact by 1pm so I contacted him and requested a time of arrival. He said 3pm. By 6pm he still hadn’t showed nor bothered contacting me at all. I emptied half my kitchen for nothing and now I’ve got to cancel the painters which I arranged to finish off my kitchen after this job was done. Pathetic !!!
