    AVOID unreliable and not a real leather specialist. Ruined £5k real leather sofa- sanded too deeply

    AVOID destroyed our leather sofa. Came to repair scratches and damaged cushion beyond repair by sanding back too deeply so the stuff just cracks, got dye all over the side of the second cushion, sanded separate cushion and left a dull patch. He used the wrong colour on the sofa- he lost two swatches and cancelled on the day 7 different times. He then blamed me for using wrong products- he provided the only one we’ve ever used. I asked for repair he sent someone else after months, repair failed because no top coat applied- I suspect intentionally to say we used wrong products.Cheap for a reason

    Reliable and good work

    replacement of spring and repair of sofa frame

    Initially came to replace a spring (our diagnosis) but discovered broken frame too. Agreed price and completed extra work there and then. Total honesty and repair options discussed.
