I was impressed by the friendliness, courtesy and efficiency of the electrician. He arrived on time and completed the job before the time he'd previously said he would. On his previous visit, he had diagnosed the cause of a problem with the old RCD which had been tripping unpredictably for years. This time, he also spotted an issue with the way the old RCD had been wired, which may or may not be connected to our problem. So far, the new RCD has not tripped at all, although it is early days yet. I would not hesitate to employ Fusetec again and would recommend them to other people in Ware.

Communication with Lisa, at Fusetec, was timely, consistent, and friendly throughout - she was easy to deal with and minimal delays in replying. Paul (electrician) turned up bang on time, did all the work required, was neat and tidy, and friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend Fusetec if you're looking for a reliable electrician.
