Whe the glass is fitted it should be toed and heeled. The glass supports the frame work of the door. If this is not done correctly the glass moves and the door drops.This is why lifting the door on its hinges does not help.This packer has bee cut in half and collapsed due to the weight of the glass.

The packer has collapsed so the glass is now stepped. This can cause the external seal to fail and the unit will mist.

The rebate should be infilled (white packing piece)to support the packer.
