  Scott and Neil have now done four house refurbishments for us and we couldn't be happier with their work. They tendered for the first two (simultaneously) and we have only asked them to price on the last two as we were so happy with their work They combine a rare combination of high quality work at a good price with really good communication and project management. They have access to a great team of subcontractors (Electrician, Plumber, bricklayer etc) and managed the build to an agreed (but very demanding) schedule. I can highly recommend them and we will be using them again without doubt

  Scott, Neil and the team have worked on our extension project on and off for 6 months. They are all very knowledgeable and capable as well as very nice guys. They also keep the place tidy which goes a long way. They have completed numerous amount of jobs and all were done to very high standards. We would recommend them to anyone, you’re in very safe hands.

• Load bearing wall removal

  Our 2nd time using future build south west. They did a great job of a garage conversion 4 years ago and recently removed a load bearing wall and refitted kitchen to allow an open plan kitchen dining area. Quick, clean and take care of arranging the complete job including building inspector visits etc. Highly recommended
