Rhys was very good. He was flexible and worked around my builders as their work was slightly delayed. He fitted a new boiler and cooker. He was very competent and clear about legislation etc. I would use him again and have booked him to do the service next year. I highly recommend him.

Rhys was exceptional: he contacted me late the same day I contacted Checkatrade and came the next day promptly. Having diagnosed the problem with the hot water system, he arranged a future appointment later that week, then contacted me to let me know he'd be delayed picking up the necessary parts. He did the job quickly and efficiently, was very tidy and clean in his work and left the job in very good order. It's been a weight off my mind to have the problem fixed and I would recommend him without hesitation.

What an absolute star, ... Rhys put himself out to offer what looked like the solution to my no- oven situation.. Sadly tho I hadn't read the ad properly and the advertised item wasn't suitable. 20 out of 10 for exceptional customer service and restoring a little faith. Thank you Rhys.

Great experience. Replaced old ch pipes and new radiators in my rented out property where the rooms were difficult to heat. Rhys advised on size of radiators required (old ones were far too small). Reliable and very reasonable. Tenant extremely happy as the property is now very snug at a fraction of the cost,
