Engineer arrived on time, followed all Covid protocols. Was friendly and informative. Work was completed in a timely manner and all residual items cleared away before he left. Well pleased with the work

1st class service. Called to request a visit AM was given an appointment Pm the same day. You cant argue about service like that.

Always a great and efficient response. Re-sited our wireless expander to gain a better signal, very quick, thorough and courteous!

As usual the engineer was extremely helpful. No mess made. Everything explained and options offered for future use/expansion of the system

Didn't turn up when arranged. Engineer who came following day clearly didn't want to be there and was quite rude. Working system apparently didn't work after engineer messed about with it and I was told I needed replacement. Engineer left packaging etc around the house but didn't leave the 'broken' piece of equipment. Was charged a different amount than agreed. Email queries I had regarding account were not responded to. Very disappointed with the service.
