Gerry arrived at the time quoted and quickly assessed what was needed. Seventy five minutes later job done he was on his way to the next one. The work was carried out in a very neat and orderly manner. As a consequence I now have HD and some long lost channels. Thank you very much to Gerry and Futurevision. BAF Aldershot.

Could not ask for more. Gerry was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. This was a non-standard installation: a weighted pole mount on the flat roof of a house still under construction. Recommended by my builder, Gerry quickly assessed the options, advised on the best approach and talked me through the quote before sending it. The price seemed reasonable to me for the work involved.. He arrived exactly when promised, completed everything as agreed and explained the finished installation clearly. My TV feed (from a communal aerial) was not working correctly. Dealing with the problem was slightly complicated, but excellent communication meant that it was always clear what was happening. Gerry arrived promptly. After a quick assessment and on his advice, I decided to follow a different (and cheaper) path than planned/expected. The work we agreed on was completed quickly and with no fuss. Gerry was polite and friendly and offered clear and sensible advice. What could have been a difficult was made easy. I am very happy with his work and his way of doing business.
