They are extremely efficient and friendly and are very reliable. I had another fire alarm and emergency lighting test recently and the engineer was very quick and friendly with my tenants, which is reassuring when we are entering someone's private home. It's useful that Fuzion4 remind me of when tests are due, as I wouldn't remember if it was up to me! I'll continue to happily use their services on a regular basis.

This is a company we have used for the past 2 years to service and provide out of hours service if required for our alarm . They are prompt communication is good . All the technicians who have come to the house are polite , competent and friendly. The price is also competitive compared to other companies we have used in our previous houses.
