Quick to respond to emails and patient when there was a delay in our completion date being confirmed. They were also flexible in allowing us to decide last minute whether we were or weren’t going to use their boxes. On the day they arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get everything loaded, giving us plenty of time to clean and vacate the property. They also dismantled and assembled both our beds and wardrobe, as well as placing all boxes directly in the rooms we wanted, meaning that moving day was a lot less tiring for us! The removal team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble . They packed the van with great care even had a very large TV Nothing broken or damaged .
