    Garage conversion

    Still waiting for unfinished work to be done. I’ve held back £300 for a £10,000 job. Builder refusing to give me building certs until I pay remaining money but the builder hasn’t finished work

    Sorry to hear that but no surprise, all work was complete to a high standard, the customer is holding £300 for no reason, I will issue all the relevant guarantees once final payment is received. The lady was unreasonable, please ask her to document the outstanding work and we can take it to court
