  Replacement Steel Lintel Over Ground Floor Window

  The 1st builder who came said the window would have to be removed which would inevitably mean more damage and more expense. The 2nd builder did not volunteer any information about how the job would be done and sent an expensive quote. Chris spent time explaining how the job would be done and gave a good price on the spot which he stuck to. The work was efficiently carried out with great care and attention to detail. The job went exactly to plan with minimal damage to the surrounding render. The site was left clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend Chris without reservation. He's a nice guy.

  Yard wall needed pulling down and rebuilding.

  Fylde Brickwork were professional and fast, they deconstructed the old wall and rebuilt it even during the peak of the heatwave. They were polite, friendly and professional and I will definitely use them again if I have need.

  Chris and his team installed a new cavity tray above a problematic bay window for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The work was carried out efficiently, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It was a particularly tricky job that several others were unwilling to take on, so I really appreciated Chris’s willingness and expertise in getting it done properly. Reliable, honest, and hardworking tradespeople can be difficult to find, so I’m very grateful to have come across Chris. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Trustworthy Builder and tradesmen

  Fylde Brickwork (Chris) recently completed a 35m2 single story extension with pitched roof and open vaulted ceilings. The work was complex and required a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise which Chris has. Chris and his labourer Dan are very trustworthy and his brother the roofer is also very technically able and trustworthy. Chris is good at coordinating tradesman and completed the base build in 14 weeks. The joiner, electrician and plumber on the job were also first class tradesmen. Mike (Lytham)
