Very happy
Had a boiler installed by Gale Heating and very happy with the service. Lewis and the team did a really good job from start to finish, were friendly and professional and left everything clean and tidy. Very poor backup
This company installed a new boiler in February 2025. They came and serviced it the following year (2026). A couple of hours after leaving the floor of room the boiler is in was covered with water. I personally found the problem inside (a rubber hose had been left off) and refitted it myself. In May 2026 the hot water stopped working, the engineer called round and said a motorised valve had stuck and needed replacing under guarantee he went to get the part and we never saw him again.
