  Gary missed an appointment having made me take the day off work, the proceeded to shout at me over the phone because I wasn’t happy. I have never encountered such a shocking level of service from a professional tradesman.

  Kitchen wall knocked down and RSJ put in to support.

  Garry and his team were fabulous - really self sufficient, kept me informed along the way and reported a couple more issues that were found along the way and got experts in the fix them ASAP.
