I contacted rob at game shack regarding a service on my PlayStation. I dropped it to him and was repaired same day. Have had it back a few days it’s running amazing. Rob rang me during the repair and told me he was reassembling and would need to test and would then be ready to collect. Phenomenal company and Rob especially was a pleasure to deal with. All was cleaned and sterilised ready for my collection. The guy is an absolute KING
