Demolish old structure and build new porch
All work carried out as per quote to a high standard. Very happy with whole process and the amazing new porch. Would definitely recommend Gavyn .

Install sub floor ventilation and insulation
I had sub floor ventilation problems due to my house being built in 1863 and we had suspicions it was causing damp under our front room floor. After I phoned Gavyn and explained my problem he came up with a solution as soon as he had a look around. He was very professional from start and he was much cheaper than other quotations we had. Gavyn also come up with a great idea of insulating the floor whilst we had the floor boards up and it has already made such an impact on our house. We are over the moon with the service he has provided and would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Hard landscaping to a new garden
We had used G and D before to lay a shed base, so we knew their work was good. They installed brick paths, two raised beds, a trellis and extended the paved terrace area in our new garden. They are conscientious workers, do a first class job and leave the area clean and tidy. They sent us photos and even a video of the finished work. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kitchen extension, digging foundations. Building downstairs toilet, drainage etc.
If I had to do this build again, I would still happily pick this company. They have been professional, patient and have explained everything when needed. Our build has been complicated, but if we mention something needs doing it is done the next day. They have been super clean at all times and any issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. It is clear they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend.
