Arek was very thorough and precise particularly with some difficult junctions in the bathroom. He also troubleshooted some issues and repaired a lot of our existing dodgy plumbing work.

We were passed Arek's details by friends and we are so pleased that we were! We had three or four quotations which were simply given to us on the spot. Arek was the only person who measured up and request that we email the items, tiles etc that we wanted in the new bathroom. He then provided a fully broken down and detailed written quotation. He has a great work ethic and attention to detail. Everyday the bathroom was cleaned up and left neat and tidy. We are over the moon with the finish. Our new bathroom looks great! Ten out of ten is not enough. We have no hesitation in recommending Arek.

The plumber / operative Arek worked hard to help achieve a good outcome, was reliable and useful source of advice, worked hard and is a bit of a perfectionist. I was delighted with the project outcome.
