  In a freak parcel delivery gone wrong I found myself locked out of the house with a 13month old. I got hold of James at 7pm and he was at my property within 30 mins. He was positive and solution oriented. He found a creative solution to a tricky situation within the hour. He asked a fair price and was swift in explaining he’d send the invoice and I’d pay following as I may have a claim and would want that documentation. He was friendly and professional; would definitely use again.

  Window locks replaced

  Came out to fix my window locks after they had completely come off. He was friendly, quick, and incredibly reliable. He explained everything clearly and the price was very fair for the work that needed to be done. The repair was completed to a high standard, and the whole experience was stress-free.
