Gavin was quick to respond to request and arranged to call in same day to provide quote. Quote with break down of costs was provided within 24 hours. Gavin kept in contact arriving as agreed. Quite a messy job, however Gavin was neat and tidy clearing up any mess made. Unfortunately Gavin came on the hottest day ever and still worked with professionalism and within time frames. Totally delighted with work completed, would definitely recommend Gavin for any electrical work.

Gavin did everything necessary to complete the EICR for our rented flat. He arrived on the day agreed, did the work efficiently and has been very helpful in agreeing on how to resolve a potential problem. His communication was good at all times.

My experience with Gavin has been amazing. he accepted a job i posted was very communicative when he was able to come. he turned up at the day and time we discussed. the Fault was a little bit of a pain to find, but with no complaints and a lot of patience he was able to find the fault which actually turned out needing a new extractor fan. although he didnt have one with him he was able to pop out and get one there and then and also install the fan. absolutely pleased with my experience and will certainly be using him again for any other electrical work.
