  New lintel and opening.

  This task had two parts. Firstly to lift a timber beam and replace the fractured bearing with steel shims. Secondly and more significant was to install anew doorhead lintel and saw cut a new opening through the brick skin. Simon was very quick to attend site, gave an acceptable quote and performed the tasks very well. Morning one .. install a row props, cut out for lintel, place lintel and repoint. Next day cut out new opening and finally remove all debris. Simon is experienced and worked well. Very happy to use him again

  Great patio created

  Simon and the team performed an excellent job for us. He sourced all the materials for us and laid a patio to our exact specifications. He was then very flexible about a second piece of work which was also completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

  Repaired garden wall

  I put an enquiry on Checkatrade for a builder for a small repair to a garden wall. Simon contacted me within a couple of hours and called round that morning to see what was required. The estimate was emailed to me within a couple of days. We agreed that the work could be done over a weekend when we were away. We returned to find an excellent job had been done.

  Replace blown bricks, repoint as necessary, replace and repair disintegrated brickwork.

  Simon was honest with what needed doing, which wasn't as much as we thought. Gave an estimate which was reasonable and when he found additional issues discussed and agreed price for the extra work. He replaced blown bricks, repointed, and also repaired some disintegrated brickwork on our kitchen extension. He is returning at a later date to quote us for chimney repair. Really nice guy and I recommend calling him to discuss any work you need done that is covered by his extensive skill set.

  Repointing our front garden wall

  We had the front of the house repointed and were so impressed we then had the front wall re-pointed. The job was completed on time at the agreed rate and was a great looking finish. Definitely recommend this contractor
