Refurbishments

Alp left our bathroom unfinished and in a poor state. Did not work with reasonable care and skill.
The worst is he sent us "breach of contract notice" with deceptive and false statements, claiming we ordered workers to leave. 3 days later he sent invoice claiming there were additional works and due in 7 days. Some items in the invoice not belong to our job. We consider the invoice “bullying” when he in fact is in breach of contract. Alp has many jobs ongoing. We felt the promise to be present and manage work personally before we signed contract was misleading. Mistakes were made and he refused to rectify. You have not responded to our request letter, therefore regrettably negative feedback.

House and Garden refurbishment
Alp has a great team who completed the entire interior of my new conservatory including wall plastering, tiling and all electrical work. Very happy the work carried out as they give a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend G.A.R. Design

Worth every penny. He is the absolute best!
Very happy to leave a glowingly positive review for Alp and his team's work on my 3 bed house in SE7 London. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with GAR engineering. Very polite, kind, respectful and most importantly very professional workmanship. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and worked ceaselessly to a very high standard. For the amount of work, which was taking down a solid load bearing wall, open plan kitchen, installing large patio doors, and adding an ensuite bathroom, and decoration throughout the price and timing was incredibly good.

House decorations
GAR Design renovated my office. The service was excellent from beginning to completion. All was very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and finalized the job on time. I would definitely recommend them.

Full house render (k rend), front steps and garden brick wall

Insulating my windows
5 stars, initially was going to do a different task- however with problem-solving found the actual cause of the problem regarding condensation around my windows. Polite hard-working would recommend.
