Tom from Gardiners Plumbing and Heating visited to service our boiler - unfortunately despite his pragmatic approach, it was beyond repair. Tom very clearly explained the issues and risk. Tom left said he would do his best to get us in as soon as possible. He gave very good advice on which boiler we should go for, again giving clear explanation for his reasons. Soon after he left, we received a call to say he could fit us in the next day! The new boiler was installed without issue, he worked cleanly we are very pleased with the result. All at a very competitive price - Highly recommended!

Was very happy with the service and was very polite and professional. I liked that he was upfront with me and told it how it was. Was very helpful and he come to do the job the same day which was a blessing. Would definally recommend ans use for further problems.

We booked Gardiner’s to service our boiler and to upgrade our radiator in our hallway to enable us to have a warmer home office area! The engineer was on time, efficient and was able to explain everything to me. Our boiler threw up a fault and it was corrected on the day. Especially as we have two young children and it’s much colder requiring us to need the heating on constant!

Arrived on time and carried out numerous tests to get the boiler back up and working. Then completed the required service. Gave us vital information going forward to what needs replacing.
