• Fitting of garage door

  Quote from fitter included price for wood and also for disposal of old garage door which was not mentioned on their confirmation email. Fitter changed time of installation at last minute meaning I had to change plans to be there. Fitter told me after original door removed that rendering would be needed before he could fit the trim, not mentioned when original quote given. We are struggling to find someone to do this work as we are told that the job hasn't been left right and the wooden frame can't be rendered to. Garolla won't check the work or take any responsibility.

  A poor quality product which won't last more than a couple of years ! The customer service is terrible if you manage to contact them and all there interested in doing is charging More money to rectify there poor quality/workmanship! Avoid at all costs

  Paul came round and quoted on the door. Listened to what I needed and made sensible recommendations. Great contact throughout and turned up on time as promised. The Alarm wasn’t delivered in time but Paul came back the following days and installed it. Very pleased with the quality or the door and workmanship!

  Have had three appointments on different days engineer failed to show up, I received messages that engineer had called but I was not home, total rubbish l was informed this is an automated message. Requested a manager call me, so far no response Sales team called asking if I wanted to rebook as I had missed the engineer because I was not home!!! Very unprofessional, insulting to blame customer for failure of engineer not attending. Clearly not a company I would trust.

• New roller double garage door install

  The existing door has been in place for over 20 years and needed changing. Having got in 3 quotes, Garolla was not the cheapest, but came across well about what needed to be done and what the work entailed. Two dates were given for the install - the first to deliver the new equipment and the second on the following day to fit. The surveyor was also the fitter and did a great job in removing the old door and fit the new one. The time scale was a bit protracted but was carried out during the Summer break. Overall, very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Garolla going forward.
