    Gary attended as arranged and explained pros and cons of roller door compared with existing up and over. On the day agreed he arrived on time, removed and took away the old door and installed the new one. There was no fuss and no mess. All was cleared up. The price was as agreed with no extras. He demonstrated and explained how to operate it. I have gained a lot of space, saved a lot of backache and banged heads. I am very satisfied and there is nothing to criticise, never mind complain about.

    Door fitted on 7th March, door fell apart on the same day. Door dropping and clicking. The engineer has come out a few times to try and fix the door and he fitted a new motor, but this did not stop the door catching. I sent photos to the trader on 23rd May and then again on 20th June because door was dropping again. Engineer said new door was needed. On 31st July trader did not attend as agreed. Engineer said he had left company and told me that I had to contact Garolla. Another engineer was instructed and they also said a new door was needed. Whenever I call Garolla I have to hold for 20 mins
