    Appalling customer service

    I had my Garage fitted on the 22nd of December two days later. It went wrong. Despite five phone calls, it took them 47 days to come out and fix my garage. It didn’t take him 47 seconds to take the money when I made an official complaint. The Customer executive couldn’t even be bothered to ring me and speak to me. I have sent two emails to the CEO and a manager and neither one of those two people could be bothered to call me and apologise for the appalling customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Dreadful Customer service

    Dreadful experience. Garage fitted 22/12 two days later it went wrong. Despite five phone calls, I had to wait 47 days for someone to come out and fix it. It didn’t take 47 seconds to take the money. I made an official complaint but the Customer executive couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me. Despite two emails to the CEO and a manager not one has had the decency to call me back and apologise for the appalling service. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
