Woodworm treatment
Garratt’s went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent woodworm treatment. Easy to deal with throughout, sent a surveyor quickly and quoted competitively. We were particularly worried about any damage to the floorboards. They took our concerns seriously and carefully thought through their approach to avoid cutting any extra boards, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy. The team on site were prompt, efficient and friendly. Huge thanks to Wayne in particular, we really appreciated your approach which made a stressful situation feel so much easier!

Garratts were very good with communication from day one till the end of the works.They were on time, worked hard and polite. Nothing was a problem for them.

They were thorough and easy to deal with. Their surveyors really know their stuff, knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the problems and the solutions. The team that carried out the job under the guidance of Chris, were so friendly and respectful of our home despite the work that was being carried out. They were on site early every day and despite the challenges, were great communicators as the job progressed. Their work was of a high standard, thorough and completed to the agreed timeline. Damp survey
The gentleman that Garrat's sent over was very thorough and professional in identifying the potential causes of the damp build up in my house. He provided a very good survey and diagram of the potential causes and solutions.

From the initial contact with the surveyor until the completion of the job by their workmen, we found the service and expertise to be top class. The staff were friendly, tidy and helpful.

Michael from Garratt’s Damp and Timber came to my property to apply a woodworm treatment to floorboards. The service was super efficient and much faster than expected which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend Garratt’s for future work.
