  Really friendly team, great work ethic, fair price. Would recommend!!

  Recently purchased a house, bit of a project, away of a few things that needed putting right, but Steve was really helpful when he came to take a look and quote. Got the most cost effective solution for what we needed but made sure we didn't cut any corners! Really well priced, and his team Hammy & Mike were excellent, on time each day. Working through rain with some coffee and biscuits to keep them going, but nothing was too much trouble. Really happy with the finish and all the works. Will be using them again for some other works that we want to do. Couldn't recommend them enough.

  Excellent work, great team, would highly recommend

  Excellent work carried out to a high standard. The work come in on quote. No hidden extras. Garrisons replaced the whole of the flat roof in less time than anticipated. Steve redesigned the slope of the roof which corrected a defect left by the previous workmen some years ago. The guys were friendly and respectful towards our neighbours who we share a party wall with. The site was cleared of rubbish at the end of each day. Materials were delivered on time. We were kept informed as to the date the scaffolders were to come and the work started on the date that was promised.

  Disorganised and unreliable

  Bad experience with this firm. Had to chase repeatedly for a quote, then chase repeatedly for a date for the work. After a 2 months of waiting it became clear the day before the work started that they’d messed up the booking and had rescheduled it without telling me. They offered the following week which I said I couldn’t do - despite leaving me in the lurch they didn’t come back with a new date that day, eventually replying the following day to offer the date I’d already said I can’t do. Really disappointed given how rated they are here - but in my experience poorly organised and unreliable.

  Repair Storm damage to soffits, fascias and roof tiles

  Steve attended very quickly to look at the job. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed me photos of the damage, as I could not see it clearly from the ground. I quickly received a quote which detailed all the work and the costs involved. The work was carried out shortly afterwards with my property being left clear and tidy at the end of each day. The team doing the work were polite and professional. When the job was finished, all the waste was cleared away and Steve showed me photos of the completed work. I am very happy with the work completed.
