Gary is really knowledgeable and friendly and was able to come out to us so quickly. He really put us at ease, kept us in the loop the whole time of what the situation was, he was very thorough and left the place very tidy. He was able to get our heating working again in no time. Gary is a skilful and careful craftsman. In his preliminary visit he was helpful in suggesting ways of doing things to minimise the need for making good of floors and decorations after the work, and his calculations of the radiator sizes required have proved accurate – we have been warm even in this recent very cold spell. The finished pipework is neat, and he worked cleanly. He also helped us out very quickly (and for a very reasonable charge) when another trade drilled through a pipe. We will certainly be using him again.
