Boiler
As always, Charlie super efficient and professional! Called Charlie on early Saturday morning and in 1 hour Charlie was available. Hot water not working (problem with boiler) and Charlie fixed it in no time and even checked if my central heating was working properly!! Excellent Service! My name is Charlie Brenland, I started working in the gas/plumbing trade with a successful company called npower.
During my 14 years at Npower I managed to work my way up to the rank of Senior Technician. I also featured on the channel 4 show undercover boss. I was actually given the top prize which was a super bike from the owner of the company.
