    Gas Assist Customer Care

    We had a new combi boiler installed last year 2024. Colin was very helpful in explaining what was happening with the installation process. Today 26.09.25 we had our first service and everything was good. We are also having further works carried out by Gas Adsis in the near future. I cant praise Colin enough for his great customer care.

    Combi Boiler Replacement

    It means a lot these days that trades simply turn up when they say or when the appt is made. Having had some bad experiences with plumbers, Colin had done some work for family so that gave them and me a head start. Simply turning up and telling me I had to spend more, was not even the issue because turning up when expected means so much to me. Installation day came, and I found both engineers polite, attentive and professional. Hoovering up afterwards was another indication of integrity. Well done Colin and John, you are first on the list if needed again.

    An excellent job from Colin today. Provided expert advice when giving us a quote for work and a date that he would undertake the work. Colin works to a very high standard. We will definitely be asking Colin to do more plumbing work in the future. Thank you.

    Boiler Installation

    Excellent job, from the initial call to Lorraine all the way through to explaining how everything worked . Everywhere was left tidy and we paid exactly was was quoted and even got reward points by using our credit card! Colin gave us all the options to make an informed decision. Would highly recommend to anyone. They weren't our cheapest quote but we felt confident with Colins experience. Quality job so definitely value for money.

We have also helped visually-impaired clients and worked with the registered charity Sight Support Derbyshire.
