Boiler service

Boiler shut down due to lack of pressure. As a result we had no heating/hot water.
Always worry when it comes to contacting a heating/boiler engineer as its something I know very little about. So when my boiler shut down, needless to say I was panicking. However, Voytek from gas boiler and heating reached out to me via WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Voytek was pleasent and ask for some pictures to help his understanding of the issue. After I sent these over, he was able to diagnose a repair within minutes and was kind of enough to talk me through it over the phone. Saving me hundreds of pounds in the process. Hot water tank replacement
Impeccable service. I knew our hot water tank needed replacement following the discovery or some pin hole leaks.. following a recommendation I made contact with voytek and from that point he exceed all expectations..the work was professionally completed and more importantly the team were more than accommodating to my questions.
