Ricky was quick to respond to my request. He fitted a new boiler professionally and respectfully for good competitive price. Initial call to a new boiler up and running in 24 hours. Ricky worked late to get the job done to provide us with hot water and heating (although heating not needed right now! ) I would have no hesitation to recommending his work, in fact I already have. Rikki and the team did an absolutely incredible job converting our old system into a modern combi boiler system. ​From start to finish, the service was flawless. ​The team was always on time, highly experienced, and completed the entire job incredibly fast. They were never late which was really appreciated. They worked through the hottest day of the year to make sure we had hot water running on the first day. ​The quality of the installation was top-tier and the team paid close attention to detail as per the instructions discussed during the initial survey. The quote also arrived promptly and was fairly priced. The team removed and disposed of the old system and left the house clean and tidy. I could not recommend them enough and I will certainly use Gascore again in the future!

The old boiler location was difficult and required concealing some pipes under the roof eaves. Rick did a very neat job and had the work done quickly. Good communication too and adapted the scope of works to our specific needs to offer a competitive price. Very pleased with the result. Will be recommending them in future.

Had a boiler go out completely. Phoned up at 5pm and Rikki responded (whilst on holiday) and told me he’d come round to diagnose at 10am the next day. Quickly quoted a new boiler and had it fitted by 1pm the next day, incl arranging a cherry picker within 24hrs to access my 3rd floor flat. Rikki was calm, respectful and communicative. Genuinely felt I’d stumbled on one of the best plumbers in town! Highly highly recommend
