I would highly recommend. Good communication - the work was explained to me in a way that I understood (he didn't bombard me with technical details), I was given options and advice and found him very polite towards myself and my children. He gave me a time frame for the work, which he adhered to and he got on with it quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received and have not had any problems with the boiler since his visit.

Friendly, reliable and organised. Goes out of his way to satisfy.
