  There is an age old adage that can very simply be applied to Gas E Plumbing services, and it goes like this: 'DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX!' Now to clarify the application to the specific engineer here: 1] if he says he can do then he can, and he does. 2) If he says he will be there by a certain time, then he will... and God-forbid he be running late (like majority of tradespersons do), then he will call and let you know...and show up for the mutually agreeable rescheduled time. And 3) Whatever mess he makes (because plumbing work can be messy - go figure) he cleans up when he does.
