To get the heating working, there was work needed doing to the boiler
Darryl and his workmate, I’m so sorry I have forgotten his name arrived on time, explained exactly what needed to be done to the boiler and got on with the job, happy to say I now have heating again, they made sure all the radiators were working and made sure I knew how to control the heating and thermostat, I am extremely happy with the work they have done and also just to say they were very polite and personable, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, well to anyone really,,,, Great job
Boiler repair and tap replaced
Hot water pressure was low and Darryl recognised the boiler needed a valve as it had rusted and was restricting the pressure of the hot water. I now have full pressure of hot water. Another professional came for the same job and said there was nothing that could be done. Darryl did not stop investigating until he rectified the issue. It was refreshing to see someone so knowledgeable and passionate about their profession. Highly recommend and have done so already.
Checking for Gas Leak
Very polite and professional. Unusually, he was good enough to educate us on the reported fault and what he was going to do to resolve it. Of course, the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.
My kitchen tap would not turn off. A new tap and isolator valve was fitted.
My kitchen is very small and the space he had to work in was very cramped. He explained what the problem was and what needed doing. Although the job involved a lot of water spillage once he had completed you would never have known. I am very happy with the work done . I will definitely be saving his contact details should l ever need another plumber.
Take out cupboard to fit a washing machine, fix waste and water pipes on wall and connect under sink
Amazing job! Darryl gave me an appraisal every step of the way, with changes to the work requirement due to issues on site which meant it was different to his initial quote, he made sure he got the materials he needed to get the job done, and within the timescales suggested.
