Les was very courteous/ polite. He helped to identify the cause of the damp spots and managed to find issues with the window sealant and roof. He would ring/msg to keep me updated and helped provide options with dealing the problem.

I recently had an awkward leak in my home, and I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by Les. He came out late at night to investigate the issue, demonstrating his commitment and dedication. After identifying the problem, he advised me on the necessary items to purchase, ensuring I was well-prepared for the repair. Les returned early the next morning to fix the leak promptly and efficiently. When a small part of the leak reappeared, I called him, and his response time was impressively swift. Les responded very quickly - arrived at the house within an hour of posting on Checkatrade. He fixed the leaking pipe, also ensuring that the heating and water system was reset. Les also came back a few days later to fix up an unrelated issue. Would definitely recommend Les and would work with him again

Les was very good and quick at getting the work done. The toilet's Flush was not working due to limescale built up. He tried to clean and repair. Then replaced the part as a final option. Very transparent with the bills on the parts. He even helped look into the blockage of pipe at the boiler which was not part of the job. A good person to chat with and better price compared to others that offered the quotes. I would definitely recommend him to others.
