Ivan Allen attended the quote visit promptly and on time and offered a good price. On the day he worked quickly and tidily to replace the 1980s downstairs cloakroom sink with a new one and cleaned up, leaving the rubbish neatly for me to remove, as we had agreed. On turning the water back on again, he found the 30 year old hot water stop valve had seized, so returned again the very next day to replace it, so we were without hot water for less than 24 hours. Ivan was helpful, conscientious and friendly, and I can highly recommend the quality of his work and his work ethic over his three visits.

He arrived when he said he would and did the work to a high standard. Would certainly use him again.
